The Lookly Performance Commitment
We stand behind our work.
If the documented engagement benchmarks established during Strategic Market Preparation are not materially met following ninety (90) consecutive days of Active Engagement in Good Standing, Lookly will extend Active Representation for an additional thirty (30) calendar days at no additional professional fee.
The thirty (30) day extension constitutes the sole and exclusive remedy under this commitment.

How Engagement Is Measured
During Strategic Market Preparation, we document written benchmarks tied to your approved:

Role scope and non-negotiables
-
Compensation range
-
Target company profile
-
Identified hiring authority level
For purposes of this commitment, engagement is defined as one or more of the following occurring during the measurement period:

Documented substantive direct communication from identified hiring authorities or designated company representatives aligned with the approved role scope

A scheduled first-round interview initiated by the organization as part of a structured hiring process, including initial screening or intake conversations conducted by Human Resources or Talent Acquisition personnel

Advancement beyond the initial stage of a structured interview process
Benchmarks are deemed materially met if one or more of the foregoing events occur during the measurement period.
These benchmarks measure market access and participation within prevailing market conditions.
They do not guarantee interview volume, interview progression, job placement, offer acceptance, compensation level, or employer responsiveness.
Participation Standards
Eligibility requires:

Active participation in scheduled strategy sessions

Timely communication
-
Adherence to the agreed role scope and positioning strategy
Failure to maintain these standards may void eligibility.
What This Commitment Does Not Cover
This commitment:

Extends representation time, not financial reimbursement

Does not guarantee interviews, job placement, offer acceptance, or compensation level
-
Does not apply if the approved scope, compensation targets, or positioning materially change during engagement without a written amendment

Does not apply during periods of suspension or non-payment
Final hiring decisions remain outside the control of any recruiter.
